Indihood Private Limited provides its customers a highly agile cloud computing software as service platform (“SaaS Platform”). Our Customers range from lending and financial institutions, farming and agricultural institutions, and may in the future include medical institutions and their affiliates. When you sign up using our Customer’s application, website or through any offline mechanism offered by our Customer (“Third Party Account”), you understand that some content and information in those accounts may be transmitted to your account with us, if you authorize such transmissions, and that Third Party Account information transmitted to us shall not be covered by this Privacy Policy.
This Privacy Policy does not apply to the extent we process any personal data in the role of a processor, service provider or technology partner on behalf of our Customers (or their affiliates), including where we offer to our Customers various products and SaaS Platform through which our Customers (or their affiliates) (i) create their own websites and applications running on the SaaS platform provided by us; (ii) sell or offer their own products and SaaS Platform using our tech and platform; (iii) send electronic communications to others; (iv) partner and disclose such information with their business partners using our SaaS platform or through any other internet connected mechanism such as websites, mobile applications and advertising on third party applications; or (v) otherwise collect, use, process, retain or share personal data via our SaaS Platform. We request you to contact the customer SaaS Platform and utilize the grievance redressal mechanism of our Customers directly for any details on their privacy information and security practices.

Geolocation data: We collect the location data from you in 2 (two) ways: (i) when you add the pin code or address details as part of your Third Party Account data; and (ii) from your mobile device when enabled by you to do so. We collect this data when our SaaS Platform SaaS Platform is running in the background of your mobile device.
SMS Data: When you grant us access to the SMSs on your mobile device, then we collect SMS data stored on your mobile device.
App Data: We collect the data about your installed applications, including the applications that you have installed from and on the date, you create your Third Party Account and the manner in which you use them. This also includes having access and permission to send your messages and notifications via your social media and instant messaging applications. You will not be able to use our SaaS Platform if you disable this access.
Usage data: We collect data about how you interact with our SaaS Platform. This includes data such as access dates and times, SaaS Platform features or pages viewed, SaaS Platform crashes and other system activity, type of browser, and third-party sites or SaaS Platform used before or in the course of interacting with our SaaS Platform. Transaction information: We collect transaction information related to the use of our SaaS Platform, including the type of SaaS Platform requested, date and time the Service was provided, loan availed, interest payable, EMI selected, and payment method.
Device data: We collect data about the devices used to access our SaaS Platform, including the hardware models, device IP address, operating systems and versions, software, preferred languages, unique device identifiers, advertising identifiers, serial numbers, device motion data, and mobile network data.
